Block specific devices by browser fingerprint + Nova Device ID. Works across IPs — banning one device won't affect other devices on the same network.

  ⚠ Device bans use a browser fingerprint + persistent Nova Device ID. They survive IP changes but can be bypassed by clearing browser data + using a different browser. Combined with account bans for best coverage.
